Summary: Fair. Front desk staff could use a bit more customer service training. I had to wait until front desk staff finished their conversation upon check-in. Had to call for room servicing even after a three night stay and being out of the room all day. Came back to a dirty room.

Summary: I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were. Dirty videos and the bathroom walls were visibly unwashed. A little more attention would have been better.

Summary: It was clean but TV did not work first night and the attempt to make it right was handled poorly. The complimentary breakfast offered to help make it right was not communicated with the restaurant which required me to talk to the front desk so they could tell the restaurant. Not 4 star quality and not what anyone should expect when paying that much per night.

Summary: We checked into Hilton Boston/Woburn because the hotel we originally had reserved was disgusting. We were excited to see the Hilton was a nice, big hotel, and the lobby area carrying the aroma of the wood fire oven from the restaurant was the cherry on top. However, maybe it was our sensitivity to the small details, upon arriving to our room, we noticed wear and tear of the wallpaper and hair in the tub, sink, floor, etc. The hotel staff addressed this by sending a housekeeper, but she didn’t quite understand why she was there (language barrier.) The front desk switched us into a different room because the shower didn’t have shampoo, conditioner, and soap as advertised. The second room was slightly cleaner, but it too showed signs of wear. In short, this hotel could be amazing. The decor is great, the restaurant smells brilliantly, but the peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, and apparent lack of a vacuum is holding it back.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Boston/Woburn and will be staying there again on all future trips. The hotel is elegant, bright and open aired. Our room was clean, sophisticated and most of all quiet. No noisy air conditioner keeping you awake all night. The bar area(s), pool and outside seating are so appealing that you have no desire to venture out. Thinking back, the only small inconvenience was that the water fountain outside and inside the gym were not functioning. Obviously not a deal breaker when it comes to how I judge a hotel. They did have an ice water station set up (both plain & lemon infused) available which is even better than a fountain. Do not hesitate about staying at this hotel. It is perfect!
